JDT is a "business based on relationships." We understand the value of satisfied customers and do our utmost to ensure total satisfaction.

To facilitate ordering and delivery we recommend customers open an account. Once a credit account facility has been arranged - offering a 30-day net trading account - ordering could not be simpler.

As a valued customer you can call us on 01333 422222, fax us on 01333 429469, or e-mail us at elmpark@donaldson-timber.co.uk. As soon as you do this, your order will be acknowledged immediately and you will be given a specific delivery date.

We can supply our timber frame and merchant customers on the UK mainland within 48 to 72 hours of their orders being received, and bespoke items within 7 working days.

When you order with us, you can rest assured that everything will be taken care of. How?

• Your order will be handled by one of our highly-trained, polite and well-motivated sales team
• That person will be your point of contact throughout the timescale of your order
• The same person will be your contact for any after-sales service required
• Delivery will be made on time - every time. We have our own fleet of vehicles, and the eye-catching livery demonstrates the company's pride and professionalism.
