I am delighted to announce the appointment of Ian Hawkins as Finance Director of James Donaldson & Sons Ltd, effective from 1st January 2002. Carolyn Shields has recently joined us as Group Financial Controller. Alan Sinclair’s role has been widened to include joint ventures and in particular our hardwood company, Parker Kislingbury based near Oxford. Alan will remain as Company Secretary.
